Rustic split-rail fencing in both post-and-rail and stacked zig-zag styles, plus small outdoor wood projects and staining to finish the job.

Small pads poured and finished by hand — barbecue and grill bases, and other light concrete work around the yard.

Painting & Staining

Interior and exterior painting and staining — houses and trim, stairs, decks, and fences. Anti-slip strips on stairs are removed and reinstalled as part of the job.

Split-Rail Fences

Two styles, two properties

Post-and-rail, landscaped yard. View along the rails under the weeping cedar.

The Cowboy Grill Pad

One pad, start to finish — then put to work

The pour. Fresh concrete, finished in the form.
Finished. Gravel border, stained wood trim, grill on and fire lit — stained stairs beside it.
In use — pig roast. On the grill, on the pad it was poured for.
In use — chicken roast. Two birds on the spit over the coals.

House Trim Repaint

Before & after — dark brown to sage green

Before. Dark brown trim on the gable and windows, ladder up and ready to go.
After. Sage green — trim, garage door, and even the stone pillars to match.

Exterior Stairs, Re-Stained

Before & after — weathered grey to rich brown

Before. Weathered and grey, strips off, ready for stain.
After. Rich dark-brown stain, top of the deck looking down.

On the finished stairs the black anti-slip strips go back on — you can see them reinstalled in the finished pad photo above, where the stairs stand beside the grill pad.

Hauling & Yard Cleanup
